A Hidden Gem for Relaxation
I had an unforgettable stay in a Junior Suite that felt like paradise. The architecture was stunning, and the well-maintained gardens made for a perfect backdrop while enjoying the beautiful swimming pool. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. they even assisted with transportation whenever we needed. Although I wished there were more activities available on-site since everything is quite remote, the overall tranquility made it a great escape from the hustle and bustle.

The staff's welcoming attitude made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, exemplified by the offer of breakfast before our official check-in time.
The cocktail menu could use some improvement, as the drinks felt more like mocktails due to the low alcohol content.

The beachfront location offered stunning sunrises and a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxation. The food quality was consistently excellent, showcasing fresh local ingredients, particularly during barbecue nights. the jetty access was occasionally limited due to tide conditions, and the amenities around the hotel felt somewhat sparse. the spa experience was subpar due to poor product quality, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

It was just a suitable option for a city break in Pongwe with good price-value balance. The staff were very friendly and even taught us some Swahili during our stay. Look for local transportation options along the beach to save money.
